I would wish that German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel might "rock the boat" in her opening remarks to the PLENARY SESSION on January 25, but I expect her remarks will merely serve to reassure an audience focussed on culinary delights and vacation camaraderie that they and their corporate entities may justifiably be excused from extending a hand of help and EARNEST SUPPORT TO NATIONS AND PEOPLES AT-RISK.

The more difficult and critical step entails gaining access to COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS...or developing one's own MEDIA DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.

Control of the DISTRIBUTION NETWORK means control of the PODIUM...and control of the PODIUM frames the DEBATE and CONVERSATION.

DOMESTIC SPYING IS NOT FRIENDLY TO DEMOCRACY

HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS.

That is what the BUSH ADNINISTRATION'S DOMESTIC SPYING entails.
